We worked with our local Ottawa Valley Roast House to achieve a strong rich espresso coffee that would pair perfectly with our high test corn moonshine. The bold coffee flavour has notes of dark chocolate. We spent 5 months doing blind taste test to perfect this strange blend. It requires a unique double percolation process to create a coffee bold enough to overpower the high proof moonshine.
